Dr Vikram and the whole team were excellent. They have an abundance of experience, they're patient and happy to answer all your questions, and they make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

I had a genuinely great experience from start to finish. The whole process was run with a level of efficiency that immediately put me at ease — everything was organised, clear, and on time without ever feeling rushed. Dr. Vikram was extremely professional, approachable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. You can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing, and that confidence carries through the entire procedure. The staff were just as impressive — very accommodating, attentive, and easy to deal with. They made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free, which isn’t something you always expect with medical procedures. Overall, the clinic runs like a well-oiled machine while still keeping things personal and relaxed. Couldn’t fault the experience.

I had my FUE procedure done two weeks ago at Atlantis Medical, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Dr. Vikram and his team were truly exceptional — extremely professional, caring, and detailed at every step. Special thanks to dr Vikram and his team including Linh, Priya, Ayesha, and all the other team members who made the whole process smooth and comfortable. The clinic is spotless, very well-organised, and the procedure was handled with great skill and confidence. The aftercare instructions were clear and easy to follow, which really helped during recovery. Even just two weeks in, I’m already seeing promising early results and feeling very positive about the final outcome. Overall, Atlantis Medical is a top-class clinic, and I highly recommend Dr. Vikram and his team to anyone considering a hair transplant.

After a couple years of clinic research, Dr Vikram Jayaprakash stood out from the crowd by far. Everything about him & his clinic ticked the boxes and I couldn't be happier with my results. From the moment surgery was completed I could see the attention to detail, and while initially I was nervous about the whole procedure, I had nothing to worry about. Almost 1 month down the track, I can see how good my transplant is looking, let alone how it will look in 1 year! Thankyou Dr Vik & team, you've really changed everything for the better for me.
