This Consumer Health Data Policy supplements our Privacy Policy. It applies to personal information that is "consumer health data" under Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada's consumer health data law, and similar state laws. Clinical and prescription records are also covered by the notices provided with those services.
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
We collect consumer health data directly from you, automatically when you use the Services, and from health care providers and pharmacies involved in your care.
We use consumer health data to provide and manage the Services you request, including care, prescriptions, fulfillment, and waitlists; to analyze and improve the Services, including measuring demand for treatments in different places; for marketing and advertising as permitted by law and with your consent where required; and to protect Anagen and others and comply with legal obligations.
We may share consumer health data:
Where the law requires your consent to collect, share, or sell consumer health data, we ask for it first. We do not share information with advertising partners for targeted advertising when you visit from Washington or Nevada.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data; to access it, including a list of the third parties with which we share it; to delete it; to correct it; and to withdraw your consent. To make a request, email privacy@anagen.xyz. If you joined a waitlist, include the email address you used. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint, or the Nevada Attorney General at ag.nv.gov.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with its effective date and provide notice of material changes as required by law.
