Prescription Medications

Due to government regulations governing pharmaceutical products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any prescription medications that have been dispensed by the pharmacy. We also cannot issue refunds for cancellation requests received after the pharmacy has begun processing your order.


Damaged or Defective Orders

If any order, whether prescription or non-prescription, arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@anagen.xyz within 14 days of delivery. You do not need to return the damaged product. Once we verify the issue, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.


How to Report an Issue

  1. Email support@anagen.xyz with your order number and a description of the issue (photos are helpful).
  2. Our support team will review your case, typically within 1–2 business days.
  3. If a replacement is approved, we will ship it promptly at no cost to you.

Cancellations

All orders are one-time purchases. Once your order has been submitted to the pharmacy for processing, it cannot be cancelled. If you have questions before placing an order, please contact us at support@anagen.xyz.


Changes to This Policy

Anagen may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you and update the “last modified” date at the top of this page.
