BEWARE STAY AWAY, this “doctor” will mess you up. I would not recommend Dr. Vories to perform a hair surgery on anyone. I am a young man in my 20s and I will list here the things that went wrong with my recent procedure with this “doctor”. 1. I should have known this was going to end up bad from my rushed initial consultation with the doctor, he does his “free” consultations during the middle of surgery during his breaks which is extremely unprofessional and unethical to prospective patients and the patient he has under the knife. 2. He uses multigrafts in the hairline which is wrong in hair restoration as this produces unnatural looking results. 3. He transplants with a hair density that is suitable for a man in his 50s. 4. He does not know how to angle transplanted hair in a way that matches native hair which produces unnatural looking results. 5. He is very rough and aggressive when extracting from your donor area. 6. He will tell you the recovery is 2-3weeks but in my case with him I have been in pain for months. 7. His assistant was complaining to me about probate court before I was put under the knife, overall this place is a mess and completely unprofessional. If you have medium to high standards as to your results with this procedure find someone else! During my procedure while under a mild sedative, on three separate occasions he used expletive language as if he made a mistake during the procedure. I blame myself for not doing enough research on this doctor. He has been removed from the Hair restoration network list of recommended surgeons because of repeated improper results that have harmed his patients. There is no point for me to contact this doctor to try to remedy any of these issues as he is the unethical one that did this in the first place. I am now left waiting until my skin is healed enough to rectify his poor work. I wish I would have done more research and read any of his negative independent patient testimonials, that would have saved me from this mess. I think he was better back in his day but in my opinion as one of his recent patients I don't think this old man should be cutting into anyone. I hope someone reads this and STRONGLY reconsiders anything with Dr. Vories No need for the practice to respond to this as you can do nothing to help me at this point.

The hair replacement was simply extraordinary! It took 20 years off my age, simply put it was a work of art. If you are looking for hair transplant this is the best place to have it!

I got 2,000 grafts implanted to my receding hairline. Looks amazing. The process isn't long, but it's not exactly fun either. They'll all fall out after a few weeks, you'll be sad because now your head is shaved AND you look like you're balding, and then it will finally start to all grow back and you'll constantly think, "This is one of the best things I ever did." Dr. Vories is just that good at what he does. I love my hair again.

My experience with Carolina Hair Surgery could not have been any better. The staff is professional and made me feel welcomed and showed concern for my comfort lever throughout the entire process. Dr Vories talked me through the process and made me feel right at home. I'm very pleased with my experience and am excited to watch my new hair grow. I highly recommend Dr Vories and his team!
