I rarely write reviews — but these circumstances are so unique I feel it's my duty to spread the word. I had work done, and everything that was verbally explained to me beforehand actually happened exactly as promised. That kind of transparency is so rare. Dr. Charles and his team handled everything with white-glove service. They made me feel like I was the only person in the world — and even with the office packed with other clients, all eyes were on me. Everyone was amazing, and there wasn't a single issue from start to finish. It went great. But here's the part that really got me: later that night, I got a phone call — from the doctor himself. Living in Boca, you usually get a text, or at best a call from a staff member (which is still nice). But no — Dr. Charles personally called to check on me. That kind of service hasn't existed in the medical field in a long time. At his office, it still does. I'm so lucky and grateful I found Dr. Charles. No words could truly express what a great job they did. Thank you. Dr. Charles & Team.

I had the FUE procedure with 2500 grafts. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From my first meeting with Dr. Charles and throughout the entire process with Patricia and staff it was a great experience. The office is very clean and sanitary. They took their time to answer all of my questions on multiple visits. I would highly recommend Dr. Charles if you are interested in this procedure.

I just had a transplant last week with Dr Charles. The procedure went extremely smoothly and I am recovering well. I chose Dr Charles because he has a ton of experience and is approved by both IAHRS and ISHRS. I went to 5 local doctors and I felt Dr Charles was the most honest with me and offered a fair price. His staff is super friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Dr Charles.

I have had transplant procedures with Dr. Charles and his team and have been very pleased with the results. Dr. Charles was always professional and helpful (during and after the procedures). Also, his team - from pre-surgery/when you walk in the door, through the procedures, and after, are all great to deal with and make everything easy. Overall, just a great experience and process.
