From the first consultation, I just had a really good feeling about Dr. Khatib. His energy alone put me at ease. He was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and was honest and straightforward throughout the entire process. I never felt like I was being sold something or pressured into a decision. One thing that really stood out was how much time he spent designing my hairline. I originally wanted to lower it more, but he explained why that wasn’t the best approach and focused on creating something that would look natural/ best for my face, and age well. Looking back, I’m so glad I trusted him. He was meticulous and thoughtful, and it was obvious he genuinely cared about getting it right. The procedure itself went flawlessly. Everything was clean, organized, and professional. Dr. Khatib personally placed the grafts, and the level of care and precision he put into his work was honestly impressive. So far, my healing has been smooth, my donor area looks great, and I’m falling more in love with my hairline every day. It’s still early, but I couldn’t be happier with how things are progressing. More than anything, I’m just grateful I found him. Dr. Khatib is not only incredibly talented at what he does, but he’s also kind, genuine, and the type of doctor who makes you feel completely comfortable putting your trust in him. The entire staff was wonderful as well. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I had a beard transplant with Dr. Khatib at Chicago Hair Institute, and he was the only doctor out of many doctors I consulted from different parts of the world who truly stood out. He took the time to answer my questions scientifically and clearly explained why his recommendations were the most appropriate for my specific case. Nothing felt generic, rushed, or sales-driven; every decision was thoughtful and well justified. Dr. Khatib and his team treated me with genuine passion and care throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation to the procedure day, they didn’t rush a single moment. On the day of the procedure, everything was well organized, the clinic was clean and professional, and the team continuously checked in to ensure I was comfortable and informed. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and honesty. Dr. Khatib focused on achieving a natural-looking beard and setting realistic expectations rather than overpromising results. The aftercare instructions were clear and thorough, and the follow-up support was excellent, which made recovery much smoother. If you’re considering a beard transplant and want a doctor who combines expertise, transparency, patience, and genuine care, I highly recommend Dr. Khatib and Chicago Hair Institute. Called to schedule an appointment with Dr Nadimi for women’s hair loss and was told that Dr Nadimi does not take consults for hair loss?! I was also told Dr Nadimi is booked until August and that she only does hair transplants and women are generally not candidates, according to the secretary taking the call. She then proceeded to ask if I’ve seen a dermatologist?! Felt dismissed and not eager to have my business. I’m confused, according to the web Dr Nadimi specializes not only in cosmetic procedures for the face but hair loss. The web states that Chicago Hair Institute offers a “comprehensive” evaluation which involves labs and an in depth evaluation of your hair to determine the cause of hair loss and offers various treatments and solutions. Clearly that is not the case. If the group wishes to only specialize in certain procedures you should make that clear in your marketing.

I absolutely love this place! I had a scar towards the front of my hairline that bothered me and Dr. Nadimi was able to cover it and perfect my hairline! Anya, the nurse, was extremely spectacular and made me feel so beautiful for every checkup I had. And I can’t forget about Karen, the patient coordinator! She was so patient with me and made my arrival super easy. These ladies make such a great team. I’m so happy I choose this place!

Dr Nadimi and all the staff here are exceptional! Very friendly environment for nervous patients like my 6 and 8 year old sons who required stitches on their faces. Dr Nadimi and the nurses/medical assistants went above and beyond to distract my boys to make it a seamless experience for us. You are also not rushed here like with most practices these days - Dr Nadimi gives you all the time you need to discuss all questions and concerns.
