I paid a significant amount to restore the corners of my hairline. The first transplant gave very poor growth, so I paid again for a second procedure at a reduced price. After waiting over a year, the result is still sparse in the areas I wanted corrected, with noticeable gaps between the transplanted hairs. When I contacted the clinic, I was told the result was “very good” and that I’d need to pay £100 for another consultation. Disappointing after two procedures. I’ve included recent photos, including one with the hair pulled back, so people can judge the result for themselves.

I had my FUE hair transplant here in May and have been really happy with the experience so far. From the initial consultation through to the procedure and aftercare, the team have been professional, friendly and reassuring. Everything was explained clearly beforehand, including what to expect during the different stages of recovery, which made the whole process much less daunting. The procedure itself went very smoothly, and I felt well looked after throughout. The aftercare has also been excellent, with clear instructions and support whenever I had questions during the healing process. I'm currently around three months post-transplant, so I'm still very much in the growth phase and waiting to see the final result, but so far everything appears to be progressing as expected. I'm particularly pleased with how natural the hairline looks and I'm looking forward to seeing the results develop over the coming months. Overall, I'd definitely recommend the clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant. It's a big decision, but I've felt that I was in very good hands throughout the process.

Doctor Shahmalak was very accommodating in allowing me to have my consultation via Teams. He agreed that although I do not have missing lashes, I do have quite short and fines ones. I was comfortable with the outcome of the meeting along with my previous research so booked my appointment for the beginning of May. Doctor Shahmalak arranged hotel accommodation for me (paid for by the clinic) and provided me with clear instructions for the day of my procedure. The clinic is modern, clean and spacious and the entire team are lovely. They clearly have a very good working relationship. The procedure went very smoothly despite as Doctor Shahmalak said 'I drink anaesthetic!'. I am now 3 weeks post procedure and couldn't be happier. Although I may shed lashes initially, so far I haven't and my lashes look healthy and have grown already. I can't thank the team enough, and Doctor Shahmalak, you are a gentleman and genuinely care for your patients. Thank you

If I could give more stars I would.. from the start to finish of the consultation / procedure, I was dealt with extremely professionally, with care and respect. The procedure itself went so well, and all my nerves on the day were eliminated due to the professionalism of the whole team at Crown Clinic! If you want your hair transplant done correctly and professionally then I wouldn’t consider any other place than Crown Clinic!
