To everyone at Dermahair clinic, a massive thank you for amazing results from the procedure. Firstly their communication was first class and fast from when I contacted them.. they answered all of my questions quickly and prepared me well for the procedure. Doctor Karalexis is a very skilled surgeon and expert of the field who has done a great job on my hair which looks very natural.. there was no pain during the surgery and my recovery after was very fast, I could see new hairs growing immediately. I would recommend this clinic to any international patient looking for a great reliable surgeon and team, with guaranteed results. Thanks again.
I visited Dr Karalexis Hair Clinic in late October for a hair transplant. The team was very friendly and supportive throughout the procedure. The result looks completely natural—no one can tell I had anything done, even my barber was impressed. Definitely worth it.
Had a great experience with Dr. Karalexis' clinic. While travelling in Greece, I had a sudden flare-up of a condition and needed help. I had very limited time but the clinic could accommodate me and help me out. Communication was smooth and friendly. The people working there were welcoming and made me feel reassured. I was treated by a woman doctor, she was great!

I had a very disappointing consultation at this hair clinic in Athens. The surgeon was extremely pushy and barely let me speak. Every time I tried to explain my concerns or ask questions, I was interrupted and steered straight back to pricing and procedures. The whole interaction felt rushed, aggressive, and completely money-driven. The prices were very high, yet there was no effort to properly listen, explain options, or make me feel comfortable. For a medical consultation—especially something as personal as hair treatment—this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I left feeling pressured rather than cared for. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for honest advice or a respectful, patient-focused experience.
