The team that took care of me was very friendly and always cracking jokes. The procedure went by fast and almost painless with them around me. All of my questions were answered by them or other people I interacted with in the clinic. The follow-up process was thoroughly explained to me and it's going smooth so far.

Highly recommend the clinic! Doctors are very professional; Dr Felix is the "Match" when it comes to Plastic Surgery - a true artist and good humor to come along with it, making the patient's journey less stressful. Staff is very welcoming and helpful, they are kind in providing answers to the patients requests. Happy with the collaboration, eager for the results!

I've done my hair transplant at the clinic 3 months ago. Even though I live in Bucharest as an expat, so could have gone to Turkey, I chose to do my hair transplant at Dr. Felix. First of all, I had a doctor consultation before (FOR FREE), to examine me and discuss transplant options. This was super important to me - I wanted to discuss my options first. The transplant itself was done in a very professional manner by a team of nurses with the supervision of a doctor (the same one from the first consultation). It was all very hygienic, sterile and I felt safe during the entire procedure. Also, what sold me on this place is that it includes post-transplant check-ups every month for at least a year - so you know you can sleep well knowing that you have a doctor who can tell you how the treatment is progressing. The clinic facilities are maybe without the bells and whistles you see on Turkish websites, but you don't need it. The most important is that it's clean, professional and good quality - a high international standard. One feedback that I have, is that I wish I had more information on the healing processes to know what to expect and when - but when I asked for it myself, the doctor explained to me. So, if you are someone who wants a closer guidance and supervision of a doctor, choose this place and you won't be disappointed. All in all, I would recommend Dr Felix, because I felt safe and you can sense that the entire team cares about the patients.
