After six months of researching hair transplant clinics in both the UK and Turkey, choosing Dr. Özlem Biçer was one of the best decisions I’ve made. From my very first enquiry, the professionalism of Dr. Biçer and her team stood out. Every response was prompt, knowledgeable and tailored to my specific case nothing felt generic. Throughout the process I genuinely felt that achieving the best possible outcome for me was their priority. One of the main reasons I chose Dr. Biçer was her outstanding reputation, her attention to natural hairline design and graft angles, and the fact that she treats just one patient each day. That level of focus gave me enormous confidence. When I arrived at the clinic, I was warmly welcomed and immediately put at ease. Dr. Biçer took plenty of time to explain the procedure, answer all of my questions and ensure we were completely aligned before starting. At every stage I felt safe and in exceptionally capable hands. The clinic itself is immaculate. Thorough blood tests and an ECG were completed before the procedure, demonstrating the clinic’s commitment to patient safety. Aside from a few minutes of discomfort during the local anaesthetic, the procedure itself was far more comfortable than I expected. The following morning my bandages were removed, and I felt well enough to spend the afternoon exploring Istanbul before flying back to the UK that evening. My aftercare instructions and medication were explained clearly, leaving me feeling confident about the recovery process. A huge thank you to Dr. Özlem Biçer, the office manager and the wonderful nursing team. Their professionalism, kindness and attention to detail were outstanding throughout. If you’re looking for a clinic that combines world-class expertise with genuinely personalised care, I would recommend Dr. Biçer without hesitation.

After 3 years of consideration, hesitation, and extensive research about whether to get a HT and especially where to have it done, I finally had my procedure with Dr. Biçer! And the due diligence was absolutely worth it! From the very beginning, I felt I was in good hands, from the online consultation and video call to the communication with the translator Aydin, all the way to the day of surgery. There is only one patient per day, and the extractions and incisions are performed by herself, which was one of the most important factors in my decisionmaking process. The first days of aftercare have only confirmed my initial impression. It’s obvious that she genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend!!!

Dr. Bicer’s clinic was absolutely incredible! They did a great job explaining the procedure and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout. My hair is very fine, but even with a short haircut there is no scarring at all where the follicles were removed from the back of my head. I recommend this clinic to everyone who asks! Blue shirt photo is a month before the procedure. The rest of the photos are ~8 months after.

Dr. Bicer and her team were excellent from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was kind, professional, and very responsive throughout the process. I had contacted two doctors originally, and Dr. Bicer’s office stood out right away for being more open, attentive, and willing to hear my concerns. My case was more difficult because much of my donor area is covered in tattoos, but Dr. Bicer and her staff handled it with confidence and care. My appointment did have to be shifted by one day to accommodate a responsibility Dr. Bicer had with the Health Ministry, which was something clearly mentioned in the information packet ahead of time. Even though my procedure ended up starting later in the day than planned, everyone involved stayed late to complete it, and I really appreciated that dedication. I am very happy with my new hairline and excited to see the full results over the next year. I came from Canada for the procedure, and the experience was so positive that I would gladly return again if I ever need touch ups.

I recently underwent a hair transplant with Dr. Özlem Biçer, and I couldn’t be happier with the results or the experience from start to finish! From the moment I met her, she made me feel confident and cared for. On the day of the operation (January 2025), she performed the contouring, extraction, herself, and she was the only surgery carried out that day so I had her full, undivided attention. She stayed with me the entire time, ensuring I was comfortable and informed at every step. Her assistants were not only professional and efficient but also kind and supportive, which made the whole process much easier to get through. After the transplant, Dr. Özlem even did my first hair wash, handed me a full set of recommended shampoo and creams, and explained how to use them for the best results. What really impressed me was the care beyond the operating room. She helped me find a nearby place to stay, and even intervened with the owner when he tried to raise the price on my behalf , a gesture I didn’t expect but deeply appreciated. I also forgot a valuable set of gold jewelry in the suite, but thanks to her right-hand assistant Ozen , I got it back two days later. Yes her fees are higher than many other clinics, but believe me, the price reflects the quality, professionalism, and genuine care I received. My outcome was amazing. If I ever need a transplant again, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to choose Dr. Özlem Biçer again. To anyone considering a hair transplant: do yourself a favor and trust your hair to Dr. Özlem Biçer. You’ll not only get excellent results, you’ll be treated with kindness, respect, and exceptional care throughout the entire journey. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
