From the first online consultation to the final follow-up, everything felt professional, organized, and reassuring. The clinic team handled every detail seamlessly — airport transfer, hotel, translation support, and clear communication throughout. Dr. Aygin personally assessed my donor area, designed a natural-looking hairline that suited my face and age, and explained the plan thoroughly. The surgery itself DHI in my case was far more comfortable than I expected thanks to the anesthesia. The team was attentive, efficient, and made the long session as smooth as possible. Recovery went better than anticipated. The aftercare instructions were clear, and the clinic stayed in touch with helpful follow-ups. Now, many months later, the results look completely natural — good density, no obvious signs of a transplant, and my hairline has transformed how I feel about myself. People who knew me before have commented on how much younger and more confident I look. Dr. Serkan Aylin Hair Transplant Clinic is top notch ! I couldn't be happier that I chose this particular clinic for my hair transplant. Their entire staff was so helpful and friendly right from the beginning. I'm from near Atlanta (US) and I was worried at first about traveling to Turkey for a procedure. They had staff that was able to answer all of my questions and concerns and walked me through exactly what would happen each step of the way. Once I arrived in Istanbul, they had a driver pick me up from the airport and bring me directly to my hotel which was included in the package. Transportation and hotel accommodation was included each day I was there. The clinic itself is beautiful ! It's extremely modern and they have very up to date equipment. It literally looks like a super expensive private health clinic. You can go on YouTube to watch videos but I can say with 100% certainty that they don't come close to showing how beautiful the place really is. The operation was extremely straightforward and turned out exactly how I was hoping. To those on the fence about getting a hair transplant in Turkey -- do not be afraid because this clinic will absolutely take care of you ! Thank you very much to your entire team. My friend and I had our hair transplants at Dr. Serkan Aygın Clinic last week after spending months researching clinics in the UK, Turkey and other countries. We had several consultations and received completely different opinions. Although staying in the UK would have been more convenient, I chose Dr. Serkan after comparing real patient results rather than just reviews. What impressed me most was how natural the hairlines looked and the excellent density, which was exactly what I wanted. From the first online consultation, communication was excellent. Everything, including the hotel and airport transfers, was organised perfectly. We arrived in Istanbul two days early, which gave us time to enjoy the city before surgery. The clinic itself is modern, spotless and very professional. Yasin, our coordinator, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and showed us around. Dr. Serkan personally designed my hairline, listened to what I wanted and I was very happy with the result. On surgery day, I was extremely nervous as I’d never had an operation before, but the technician team and nurses were fantastic. Even though not everyone spoke fluent English, they constantly checked on me, made sure I was comfortable and genuinely cared throughout the 9-hour procedure. Apart from the local anaesthetic injections, the surgery wasn’t painful—the hardest part was simply lying down for so many hours. The following day we returned for the first wash and aftercare instructions. The staff member was friendly and knowledgeable. The only small improvement I would suggest is allowing a little more time for the aftercare briefing, as it felt slightly rushed with a lot of information to take in. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The organisation, professionalism and care from everyone involved were outstanding. I’m now healing well and can’t wait to see my final results over the coming months. I would happily recommend Dr. Serkan Aygın Clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant. Thank you to Dr. Serkan, Yasin and the entire team for looking after us so well.

Just had my hair transplant with Dr. Serkan and I’m genuinely impressed with the whole experience. I had 3,800 grafts done, and everything from start to finish was handled professionally. The staff were amazing & super friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and care about their patients. One thing I really appreciated was how smooth everything was organized. They arranged pick-up and drop-off from the hotel, so I didn’t have to worry about anything. It made the whole experience stress-free. Overall, really happy with the service and care I received.

I had an excellent experience with this clinic. The entire team was extremely professional, experienced, and very friendly from the moment I arrived. They paid great attention to every detail and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The staff worked incredibly hard to ensure I had minimal pain and a smooth experience, constantly checking on me and explaining each step along the way. Their level of care and dedication truly stood out. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant. The team is outstanding, and the results and overall experience make it absolutely worth the investment. Oh, I forgot to mention that the clinic was very elegant and nice with modern touches.
