Bad customer service and stock keeping. Does not keep the stock for their typical prescribed medicine. Take 3 days to only clear payments?? And then another waiting time for courier. Payment has been made. Time is money. Fix your process otherwise you lose another customer.
Very bad experience. They know the prescription come with site effect according people but still open 3 months dosage without pre-alert you that thr medicine is non-refundable even having bad site effect. RM400 for 3 months burned. No solution before you make noise to handle this situation. Some more missing prescription. Please careful when you choose to visit.
The service is really bad. I ordered the supplement on 19/11 and got it on 20/11. When I opened it on 22/11, there were white dust/particles at the bottle and on the cap. After two days, the white dust turned red. I reported it immediately because I was scared to consume it. But they just kept blaming the supplier, like I bought it directly from the supplier! And they have no other solution. I followed up every 2–3 days, but still nothing. Their only answer was to ‘wait for the supplier’. I even give the solution if can take from the other branch, but they said cannot. Come on la. Don’t do this to your customer/patient. It’s RM400 come on! Dont get me start with how they simply reschedule the appointment. Please do something!
I brought few product from them. Unfortunately their solution was not closed properly and it spills out. I ask them but they just said it is due to transportation. Never had this issues before. Btw thank you for the great services Great effort from them. Resolved once they responded back. Great services as I said and it remained great 👍
Had an appointment with Dr Deena this morning. Had a pleasant experience. Staff was friendly and hospitality was good. I've been to other "hair specialist" those hard selling "au naturel sort" and Dr Shah clinic is definitely not one of them. I was suggested some medication for my condition. Looking forward to getting better.
