I visited Eugenix Hair Sciences and found the experience to be fairly standard. 👍 The clinic was clean and organized, which is always a plus. ✨ The staff seemed knowledgeable, providing general information, though not overly detailed. 👩⚕️ I didn't encounter any significant issues, but nothing particularly stood out either. 🤷♀️ The service was adequate for my needs at the time. 💇♂️ The waiting area was comfortable enough. 🛋️ Overall, it was an average visit. 😌 I might consider returning, but I'm also open to exploring other options. 📍 It gets the job done. 💯
The reputation for excellence at Eugenix is well deserved. The care and kindness of the staff was genuine, the talent of Dr Bansal and Dr Das was truly exceptional, and the thorough attention before, during and after to process was much more than expected. They understand that you are making a huge commitment to yourself when you decide to do this, and they are willing to make go the extra mile to make sure your investment in their service exceeds expectations. A couple of things I didn't expect that I really appreciated: They will arrange for the first two nights of your stay in a very nice hotel. - I decided to stay longer to allow the healing process to run it's course and would strongly advise you to do the same They will send a car for you every day during and after your procedure, which is great because you couldn't pay me enough to try and make my own way through Gurugram's insane traffic situation They are really on top of pain management. That doesn't mean there is no pain (it's a surgery, dude, expect it to hurt at points) but when I felt pain they responded immediately by stopping what they were doing and applying more local anesthetic - After the procedure, they provided everything you could possibly need for after care, and offered to do donor cleaning at the clinic at no extra cost. - The team works with the precision of an F1 race crew. The doctor's job (in my case, Dr Arika) is to design where things go and create the slits, the supporting Doctors are in charge of graft extraction, and the surgical assistants, who are all very talented for being so young, are in charge of placing things where the doctors have shown them. Go in expecting a huge supporting cast dedicated to you. TL;DR if you are going to make this investment in yourself, this is a great place to do it.
The best hair transplantation place I could ever choose. They are truly focused at doing service to humanity. I didn’t found a single person who was not welcoming and calm. Every single person was extremely caring and kind. The energy of the place was totally different. Plus the resources and complete clarity we receive about what to do pre and post procedure. Their team went above and beyond in each stage of surgery. I didn’t feel their service to be transactional for a single moment.
Visited Eugenix for PRP treatment 8 months after my hair transplant, and the experience was excellent. The staff was very professional, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The PRP procedure was done very smoothly with proper hygiene and care. It felt like the right step to further support my hair growth and strengthen the results of my transplant. Really satisfied with the treatment and overall service—definitely recommend Eugenix for post-transplant care!

The doctor examined me very carefully and explained everything clearly—what should be done and what should be avoided. I really appreciated the honest and professional guidance. The staff was also very supportive, helpful, and well-behaved. Their attitude was excellent, and they were highly professional throughout the process. Overall, the treatment quality, consultation, and care were outstanding. I am fully satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this clinic to others. As their line says: “Do it once, do it right.” My experience truly matched this statement.
