I had an outstanding experience at the Farjo Hair Clinic during my recent visit. Every member of the team demonstrated genuine care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Arita went out of her way to arrange a photographic review of my progress and contacted me personally to organise it. This thoughtful touch made me feel that my treatment journey is being carefully monitored and supported. Dr Williams was equally excellent. He took the time to capture new progress photographs and discuss my hair loss more broadly. His thorough, reassuring approach left me feeling far better informed about my situation and confident in the direction of my treatment. I also want to highlight Chloe, who once again delivered an excellent Tricopat session. She is consistently professional, friendly, and makes the process as comfortable and straightforward as possible. She is a real credit to the clinic. Overall, the level of care I received was exceptional. The team clearly prioritises patient experience, and I felt genuinely well looked after throughout my visit. Their new London clinic at Lanserhof (Dover Street) has also made attending appointments much more convenient, which is a huge bonus. I’m extremely pleased with the service I continue to receive from Farjo and look forward to my next visit. Highly recommended.

My experience at the Manchester clinic was brilliant. The team did an amazing job of ensuring I was comfortable, and that the procedure was painless. As well as that, I am almost two weeks out since the transplant was done, and Dr Williams has been amazing at offering 24/7 support with any questions / concerns I have had, no matter how silly. I am already really happy with the results, and can't thank the team enough.

had an excellent experience with Farjo Hair Institute. From the initial consultation through to the procedure and aftercare, everything was handled with the highest level of professionalism and care. Dr Farjo is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to understand what will suit each individual. His attention to detail and expertise gave me complete confidence throughout the process. The FUE procedure was carried out with precision and care. The entire team is welcoming, supportive, and makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. You are treated with genuine respect and warmth, which makes a big difference. I would highly recommend Farjo Hair Institute to anyone in the UK or internationally who is considering a hair transplant.

I recently attended Farjo and had a ~1500 FUE hair transplant procedure performed by Dr. Greg Williams. So far I can't recommend the practise enough and I will update this review in future to show the results. Regarding price it is indeed higher than some common alternatives like going to Turkey however to me it was worth saving extra for the peace of mind of being close to the practise should I need any return visits during my post-op phase. The team could not have been nicer or more accommodating, from the initial consultation to the day of the procedure. Throughout that day they made a great effort to make sure I was as comfortable as possible and any issues I had were addressed instantly. The post-op instructions were made very clear to me and they also made sure that during this sometimes worrying time I could follow up with any small concerns. All in all, I was hesitant about even getting a hair transplant initially (for some years) but at every stage I have only become more confident in my decision to follow through, especially with Farjo. I recently attended the Farjo institute in Manchester for a hair transplant by Dr. Greg Williams. My experience from initial consultation through to the actual procedure was excellent. Dr. Williams and his whole team were brilliant. Although I was apprehensive about the procedure, they completely put me at my ease. The procedure itself was very comfortable and absolutely nothing to worry about. As I have only just had the procedure, it's too early to comment on the success of any hair regrowth. Hopefully, all the hair will grow back well and strong. I will add to this review later to update on progress. In terms of looking for a reputable and honest practice, I would highly recommend the farjo institute.
