Hi this review is for Dr Gur which I did my hair transplant to reconstruct hairline using 2850 grafts in Sept 2023. Originally I planned to go with Dr Turan but he was booked. Dr Gur has a really nice clinic on Asian side of Istanbul with great staff, secretary, and technicians. The clinic is very modern and visually pleasing. I recommend his clinic as he did a great job to restore my hairline. I recently did my crown and some mid scalp with Dr Turan in April 30 2026. Hoping I will get similar amazing results.
I want to share my overall experience after resolving an issue with the clinic. The main problem I encountered was not the treatment itself, but the communication and pricing transparency beforehand. I asked multiple times in advance for a clear confirmation of the final amount, but did not receive a proper answer. Communication with my assigned contact was slow and often incomplete. Because of this, I was surprised having paid more than what was written in the documents. That said, the communication via email afterwards was constructive. The clinic reviewed my case and refunded 146.15€, which I appreciate! Although this was described as a gesture of goodwill or misunderstanding, I still believe it was justified based on the discrepancy and the lack of clear communication beforehand. In the end, I do feel that the clinic made an effort to address the issue and take the feedback seriously. However, the initial experience — especially regarding communication and pricing transparency — could have been handled much better. Several times I felt quite lost because of that knowing that if I have any questions I will most likely not get any reliable answer. But lastly because of the effort from the other staff, the international transfer etc. I decided to give 4 stars.
Excellent and honorable businessman. I had a hair transplant scheduled here. However upon inspection it turns out I had a form of hair loss called Alopecia Areata and was not a good candidate for transplant. The team at FUEcapillar refunded my deposit and conducted themselves excellently. I appreciate you guys so much!
Just trying to get consult took 2 weeks, 5 photos and 4 videos, yet still no assessment. Speaking to Tolga online was just painful. I can’t speak to transplant but it’s painful to even get a consult. The process is suppose to be simple and convenient not inconvenient. Please take a course on customer interaction.
DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. I went in for a pre-consult to be extra safe and they assured me I was "a very good candidate." Dr. Turan butchered my hair, and took over half of my available grafts (3500+) for 90+% of the grafts to fail. That transplanted hair, the little that's left, is continuing to fail, despite being on Dutasteride and oral and topical minoxidil. They offered another "free" transplant. Why would I go back when the surgeons here are not skilled enough to have consistently successful transplants? The pictures speak for themselves (these are 12 months post op, it's only gotten worse over the next 3 years).
