  I came to Dr Krishnan at my lowest point. I'd already had a hair transplant in Turkey that went badly: the hairline looked unnatural, the density was patchy, grafts had been placed at the wrong angle, and my donor area had been overharvested. I honestly worried it couldn't be fixed - and given my young age and the number of grafts that had already been wasted, I genuinely thought it was over for me. Repair cases, particularly ones like mine, are far harder than first-time procedures, with less donor hair to work with and existing scarring to deal with. From the first consultation, Dr Krishnan was thorough, extremely professional, and realistic. His experience was obvious. He knew exactly what had gone wrong, what could be improved, and what I should expect. The procedure itself was a genuinely five-star experience - I was nervous at the beginning, but honestly ended up thoroughly enjoying the procedure. I felt looked after throughout, and that same level of care continued into the aftercare period. Two years on, I'm thrilled with the result. What impresses me most is how much he achieved with a conservative number of grafts. The visual difference is astonishing, and because I'm still young, he deliberately left plenty in reserve for future procedures. That kind of long-term thinking is what sets a surgeon who truly understands his craft apart. If you're considering a hair transplant, I couldn't recommend Dr Krishnan more highly. I will be going back to him for my next procedure - he has now become my one-stop shop for everything related to my hair.

  I have had the opportunity to work alongside Dr Ganesh and his team, and I have been genuinely impressed by their professionalism. Dr Ganesh is extremely knowledgeable, attentive and meticulous in his approach. What stands out most is the level of care and attention to detail he gives to every patient and every stage of the process. His team are equally professional, welcoming and well organised, creating a calm and reassuring environment throughout. From what I have seen, Dr Ganesh is an excellent doctor who takes great pride in his work and is genuinely committed to achieving natural, high-quality results.
