I was frustrated with my hair breakage, and decided to try the HLCJ for a solution. Dr. Mamby-Alexander was very informative and thorough. We decided on the laser therapy and a few months later, my breakage is improved and my hair is thicker and growing fantastically. I strongly recommend.
Decided to try the low laser therapy, after months of dealing with unusual hair loss and it's the best decision I've made! Started seeing results after a few weeks and after four months I've had no problem at all! Loved the staff and the guidance through it all.
This seems to be a scam. People don't waste your time and money as I did. The Doctor herself seems not to have much confidence in her own topical treatment which consists of minoxidil and DHT blockers which she couldn't specify what is the DHT blocker itself, and advised that once you stop using it, you would go back to how you were before, so you would have to continue using it. In addition, they didn't even provide a sample of the product if you are willing to take the risk, you would have to purchase a small bottle for $10,000. So basically, you only pay for the Consultation which didn't make sense. Just to note, the surgery to do implant, the minimal cost is US$2000 which only covers a small portion of the scalp. So to get a proper coverage as the doctor advised, you can look at up to US$4000 or more. And as it regards to before and after, only one picture which was not clear was shown.
The doctor here seems to be a decent human being but since I had only 2 slight interactions with her, I cannot comment further. The worker in the office however is beyond rude and abrasive. She lies and does not take responsibility for any miss information she passes out. Everyone makes mistake but instead of smoothing over the issue with patients/clients, she makes the situation worst. And if you are paid to facilitate a service, dont be rude and tell the patient they must go and contact your provider. If I had direct contact with them I would not need to be paying you.
Dont even bother calling them about nothing. The lady over the phone so lie its unbelievable that they have her there then the fact when i asked to speak with someone she said there is no one.
