Haven't done the hair transplant procedure yet, currently only on medication. So far, had zero issues with the clinic. Dr Sumitra and Dr Aizul have been amazing since day one. They really guided me through the whole process and even helped me to take the exact dosage I need for the best results. As a foreigner, I was worried the process will be complicated for me but fortunately, they made everything run smoothly for me. Really looking forward to my next appointment.

I had a positive experience with the staff at the clinic. The team was professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout the process. They took the time to explain the treatment options clearly and answered my questions thoroughly. The facility was clean and well-organized, and appointments were handled efficiently. I appreciated the level of care and communication provided during my visits. Since I live overseas, the follow-up meetings were conducted virtually, which was very convenient. They also provide a warranty if the results fall below expectations. The doctor and team are very reliable. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and would recommend the clinic to others seeking hair treatment services.

I would like to thank everyone involved in my hair transplant journey. I had my first procedure two years ago and achieved very encouraging results, which gave me the confidence to return for a second session. Everything throughout the process was excellent — from the planning and allocation of the new hair area, the professionalism during the surgery, the detailed consultation and research, to the superb hospitality from the team. They were very patient in answering all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. If you are considering a hair transplant, I highly encourage you to go for it without regret and experience it for yourself. Had my Hair Transplant done at HTS and I must say that I'm impressed with the results. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Not forgetting Dr Aly, the super nice and friendly guy who really listen and goes the extra mile to ensure his patients meet their expectations.
