Haven't done the hair transplant procedure yet, currently only on medication. So far, had zero issues with the clinic. Dr Sumitra and Dr Aizul have been amazing since day one. They really guided me through the whole process and even helped me to take the exact dosage I need for the best results. As a foreigner, I was worried the process will be complicated for me but fortunately, they made everything run smoothly for me. Really looking forward to my next appointment.

From consultation to procedure and aftercare, the team was incredibly professional, transparent, and reassuring throughout. The doctors took time to explain the hair restoration process clearly and set realistic expectations, which I really appreciated. The clinic is very clean, modern, and well run, and the medical team made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. You can tell they are very experienced and focused on delivering natural-looking results. Post-procedure support has also been excellent and very responsive.
