What can I say about HAIRTRAN… I can only sing its praises. I recently had a hair transplant with Dr Patty within the past week after travelling over from Belfast. After much research across the market it was a pretty easy choice to put my faith in Dr Patty and Hairtran Clinic. Dr Patty’s attention to detail, skill and ethics are clear to see. HAIRTRAN is more than just Dr Patty, there is an excellent dedicated team of nurses, technicians and general staff who make it the overall experience. I can only await patiently my results and I can’t wait to return to Bangkok to show of my results to the team which they have delivered. Kevalee the international advisor was always in communication throughout the process ensuring I was fully prepared. I was treated as individual at all times and was very much part of the process at every stage prior to the surgery to make sure that I was happy with the new hair design. What impressed me with Dr Patty was her honesty about my available donor hair ( having previously had another surgery ten years ago and a very successful one at that to ) she carried out the surgery with my best interests at heart and what would benefit me long term as I will no longer be able to have a substantial operation again. The team looked after me for the following five days washing my hair and assessing the progress until it was my time to return to Belfast ( they will do this for 14 days ) If you are considering a hair transplant Get in touch with HAIR TRAN, don’t give it a second thought , you are in safe ethical hands. I just want to thank Dr Patty, Kevalee and the whole team wholeheartedly. Enjoy the gifts and I will be back in the near future to visit to show off my results 👌🏻 Ps the white lines on my head is where they had marked out the area to have work carried out between with marker as my hair had to be dyed ( the marker areas weren’t dyed) … the joys of pre mature greying 😅 Thanks for everything and will stay in touch

One year on from my transplant, I'm so pleased with the results. I chose Dr Patty for her artistic touch and good reviews and felt I was in very good hands. The process was easy and I was well taken care of.

I initially contacted Dr. Patty Clinic regarding a hair transplant to address my crown area and part of the front hairline. I was given an initial quote that aligned with the scope of treatment discussed and seemed reasonable. After this quote was provided, I disclosed that I am HIV positive, undetectable on medication, in good overall health, and monitored regularly by a physician. I also made clear that I have undergone previous cosmetic surgical procedures without complications. Following this disclosure, the clinic more than doubled the original price, adding approximately $5,000 USD for a total of $11,000, without identifying any new medical requirements, changes in treatment scope, or evidence-based justification for the increase. The only difference between the two quotes was my disclosure of HIV status. As a patient, this was extremely concerning. Universal precautions are standard medical practice and apply to all surgical patients, regardless of HIV status. Being undetectable and medically stable does not require extraordinary infection-control measures beyond what is already required in any surgical setting. Charging substantially more solely because a patient is living with HIV reflects outdated stigma rather than modern medical science. Thailand has publicly committed to eliminating HIV-related discrimination in healthcare, and ethical medical practice requires equal treatment based on clinical need — not a chronic condition that is well-managed and poses no additional risk when universal precautions are followed. I am sharing this experience so other patients, particularly those living with HIV, can make informed decisions. I hope the clinic re-examines its policies to ensure they align with current medical standards, professional ethics, and principles of non-discrimination.

Dr Patty and her team were excellent to deal with from start to finish. They really care about their patients and even give a foot massage during the initial anesthetic. The hairline design looks great, and I can't wait to see the final product. I hope I never need another surgery, but if I do I will be very happy to return here.

I am pleased to write this review for Hairtran Clinic and Dr. Patty. First off Thank you to Dr. Patty and her amazing team. In the last few years I have been loosing my hair and confidence. I researched doctors locally, in Turkey, Korea and Thailand. After video consult with Dr. Patty her knowledge, honesty and expertise made me choose her. Her knowledge of hair and actual medicine (I have a previous medical condition which other clinics didn't recognize or realize my medications would be a conflict) I have a medical and background and Dr. Patty was able to answer all my questions. I am posting before pics and 6.5 months post transplant, Norwood 4 with 3800 grafts. Thank you Dr.Patty and Hairtran Clinic team.
