*DO NOT COME HERE! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM JUST TO COLLECT CONSOLATION FEES!* They quoted me more than double the price for less transplanted hair! They quoted me 1500 hair follicles for 4000 usd. That's $2.6 usd per follicle. That's literally more than double the price of others in the area. Do not waste your money on the consultation fee! It is a scam! You are warned!! Do not believe all the excuses they give you about why it's so expensive. It's all lies. Go somewhere better!

This place is amazing. I got a hair transplant two years ago and I’m very happy with the results. They stay in communication with me throughout the last two years. Being an American I believe this is the number one facility in Colombia. If you’re looking for the top place come here.

Very Happy with my procedure at Hero hair institute in Medellin with Dr. Santiago. The attention from start to finish was great as well as the actual procedure, very happy thus far with the results. I flew in from Miami and felt very comfortable with Dr. Santiago and the staff. My procedure took about 7 hours and my healing process has been seamless and was barely noticeable after 8 days. Highly recommend Dr. Santiago and his staff for any hair transplant procedure. ***Update***. 130 days post Operation By far the best decision I have ever made! If I would have had half the results I have now I would have been very happy. My hairline has now completely grown back and thickened and continues to grown weekly. These results have been nothing less than outstanding. Again thank you to DR. Santiago and the Hero staff for their outstanding work and professionalism with my procedure.

Basically good and bad with result Don’t go there Good ……… friendly staff . Decent work area . Clean Bad . I needed more hair on top and crown . What I got was 2 square inches of implants at the front of my head where I already had hair . So absolutely 0 % improvement. I was never told 2 square inches was costing $ 6,000 dlls which amounts to 3,000 per inch . Do the math and be prepared for a 20 to 30,000. Dlls hit if you actually intend to go with this clinic . They will do the minimum and charge ridiculous amount and you won’t be happy . Add insult to injury and they spin a lot of half truths to get your money which you have to pay up front obviously . You have no recourse to complain . Good luck don’t waste your money on this place there are more honest a professional places to choose from . A nightmare
