Very happy with their customer service. From my first call. Quick appointment made and she was helpful and friendly. The consultant Tarah was amazing so informative, thorough, honest, most important compassionate to such a sensitive topic. Answered all my qurstions. I feft the Dr. was the same. I left feeling at ease, understanding what the possible but realistic outcome could be. They came up with a great plan for me to get started on. If I received this just during the consult I know I'm in the best of hands. Highly recommend.
I recently went to NW Hair Restoration for an FUE procedure, and I highly recommend this team for your hair restoration needs. The standard of care is exceptional. At every step of the process, communication was clear, professional, and highly personalized to deliver the exact outcome I was looking for. As a professional in my late 40s, I wanted to maintain a natural-looking M-shaped hairline while dialing back the clock to the look I had in my 30s. Dr. Neidbalski and his team crafted a personalized plan, referencing photos I provided from the past couple of decades, and placed every graft with precision to recreate my natural hair style.
I got a hair transplant yesterday. Dr Niebalski is incredibly kind and talented, he's done an absolutely amazing job, and I will always be grateful for the work he's done. Also, I have a really bad fear of needles in medical settings, so my many numbing shots were very distressing and difficult for me to get through, but the team did everything they could to keep me comfortable and get me through it. BIG thank you to them for that. Afterwards, I was completely relaxed the entire procedure. I even dozed off a few times, I was so relaxed! I am also grateful they did a single case agreement with my insurance. Please, don't think just because they were able to do it for me, they can for you - insurance companies are very challenging to work with, and the process took me nearly a year and a half from my consultation - but they did what they could for me, and it happen to work out, mainly because of their persistent work. I do very much recommend Northwest Hair Restoration, and Dr Niebalski. I am so happy with my surgery overall, and very excited to see results!
I am beyond satisfied with the result of my procedure at Northwest Hair Restoration and the care far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Niedbalski and his team fully explained everything during my initial consultation and provided clear instructions for pre-op and post-op care. On the day of my procedure I felt welcomed and valued. Every staff was incredibly nice and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I'm not someone who’s easily impressed and like most business professionals, I’m invariably limited on time. However, the experience I had with Dr. Niedbalski and his team exceeded my expectations and in turn, compelled me to take time out to write this commentary. From the initial consultation through the post-op review, everyone there was professional, accommodating, and consistently focused on ensuring my comfort and satisfaction with every step of the process. What really impressed me though was their wonderful “continuity of patience and grace” throughout the whole procedure. Those two attributes alone are not easy for anyone to exercise successfully on a consistent basis, but they did it on their feet, with a cheerful attitude for nearly 10 hours straight…Amazing! That said, if you’re truly interested and serious about having a nice full head of hair once again, I highly recommend calling Northwest Hair Restoration. Whether you’re in the infancy stages of researching the process, trying to find the right doctor to partner with, or just have questions about the various options available, Dr. Niedbalski can help. On a side note, I vetted a multitude of doctors and clinics on their processes, background education, experience, ethical and practice reviews, industry knowledge, and personability, and I can confidently say they hit ALL of the marks for me. And, although it required me to travel out of state, the trip was well worth it!! Thank you to Dr. Niedbalski and the whole outstanding NWHR team!
