Phenomenal staff! The PHR team were very welcoming and more importantly provided an in depth analysis regarding the unique transplant process particularly for African Americans. Additionally, they were very flexible with providing financing options for my budget. Hight recommend Mr. Carlos, Diana, and the rest of the team for anyone interested in an FUE procedure. Again, great people!

Amazing staff, and some of the best doctors and specialists in hair restoration. I had researched at least 5 yrs before making this decision and I am very excited that I waited for the best doctors in the field. I am blessed to have found them ! I am excited about my results already and I'm almost coming up on the 5 month mark. Excellent results with great customer follow up and care!! The pricing is also amazing compared to other places.

Horrible clinic went there for regenera active hair treatment bout two months ago , spent 2500$ , my hair loss has gotten so much worse , and the doc that does the procedure is so old and has shaky hand my head was bleeding so much that I almost passed out , horrible experience, place looks shady. Regret going there.

I cannot recommend Dr. Puig and his team enough! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the kindest staff who truly care about their patients. The customer service is outstanding — every question I had was answered with patience and professionalism. Dr. Puig and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and guided me through the entire process with confidence and ease. Most importantly, the results have been absolutely amazing! I feel like a new person and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. If you’re considering hair restoration, this is the place to go!
