I had a great experience at the clinic. Dr. McDonald was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I really appreciated how thorough and helpful he was. The front desk staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this clinic!

What a great experience! Doctor Macdonald and his team did everything humanly possible to make a rather uncomfortable procedure into a pleasant experience. From the personalized name on the door to the offering of beverages, to the uber eats order, to the polite and knowledgeable staff. Couldn’t recommend this business enough! Great job. And the hair looks awesome!!

Excellent experience overall! Dr. MacDonald was incredibly informed, took the time to really listen to my concerns, and worked with me to come up with a plan I felt confident about without ever feeling pressured. The staff was welcoming, communication was smooth throughout, and appointments stayed perfectly on schedule. Would definitely recommend!

The staff i have dealt with are all compassionate and highly knowledgeable about various treatments for hair loss. From Dr. Macdonald to Karlee - I've experienced top quality products and procedures. This clinic is one of a kind in Calgary! Yes my hair is growing in thicker and my scalp itchiness is all gone. I definitely recommend you get a tricoscopy assessment at a minimum to understand your condition. 5 STARS 🌟

My experience with Prime Hair Clinic has been nothing but positive! Starting with the consultation, Dr. MacDonald did an excellent job of presenting different options, both surgical and non-surgical. He was professional, knowledgeable, and never used any pushy sales tactics. I appreciated that he gave me the time and space to consider my options. Months later, when I was ready, I booked my procedure. The day of the surgery went very smoothly. The entire team at Prime Hair Clinic was fantastic! Everyone was warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental. It was a long day (about 10 hours), but they made sure I was comfortable throughout. They also provided thorough post-care instructions along with a post-op kit that had everything I needed for a smooth and successful recovery. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking hair loss solutions :)
