From the first moment I met with Dr D’Souza I felt completely reassured and comfortable. Having struggled with my hair loss for many years I was nervous to take the plunge of having a hair transplant and Dr D’Souza made me feel at ease immediately. On the day of the surgery him and his team were fantastic and could not have done anymore for me. Warm, welcoming and professional. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr D’Souza and his team at the D’Souza clinic.
It has been just over five months now since I visited The D'Souza Clinic in London. I am absolutely blown away with the result of my procedure. I can't believe what a difference it has made to my self esteem and my family have been amazed by how much younger I look. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr D'Souza and his expert team. I received total VIP treatment in superb surroundings. Mr D'Souza did a great job with the local anaesthetic and for me personally I found the whole process comfortably within my pain limitations. I have had far worse trips to the Dentist. The other thing I thought was very impressive is how I felt in control of the proceedings. If I wanted to stop for a break or a bathroom visit. Change the channel of the TV. Listen to a particular radio station. Absolutely nothing was a problem. My comfort was paramount and nothing was too much trouble. Being the only patient on the day made me feel very special and the whole team were there just for me. I was kept informed throughout every stage of the process and I was encouraged to ask questions. At one point I even fell asleep and I never expected to do that. If you are considering getting a hair transplant, you will be probably doing a lot of research and considering the options. I know I did and it was a big decision. I hope you find this review helpful and I am sure that a visit to see Mr D'Souza for a personal face to face consultation will help also. There is no pressure or hard sell. Just an expert, friendly consultation with no obligation. I am very grateful to Mr D'Souza and his team. Getting a hair transplant was one of my better decisions. Choosing to see Mr D'Souza was the icing on the cake.
After having visited a couple of different hair transplant clinics in London. I knew very shortly after having met for a consultation with Dr. D'Souza, that it was definitely the right choice. The reassurance from being able to talk to the person who will be doing the surgery, combined with the knowledge Dr. D'Souza has clearly amassed from years of training and countless procedures, really does, unsurprisingly, go a long way in making the final decision. I had my FUE surgery on 10/04/24 and I had no nerves going into it at all. The day went really smoothly and I was comfortable and relaxed throughout. We stopped for lunch and I was able to order whatever I'd like from the food delivery services. The only part of the procedure which is remotely uncomfortable is the anaesthetic at the beginning, however, it is minor and lasts merely a minute or so. The aftercare pack and information, alongside the ability to be able to contact Dr. D'Souza directly, were invaluable. I have found the 14 day post-op period to be very straight forward. I can't thank Dr. D'Souza enough and a special mention to his team (Jess, Sam and Jaryn), who had clearly worked together on many procedures and really made the day as relaxing as possible! I am looking forward to my 6, 12 and 18 month post-op reviews. I would really recommend at a minimum going for a consultation at the D'Souza Clinic, before making any final decisions on a hair transplant.
I had my surgery with Mr D'Souza and his wonderful team just over two Weeks ago and I can honestly say it was 100x better than anticipated. I had been looking into this for a couple of Years and was going into it a little anxious. However, as soon as I stepped through the door on the Day, Chris and his team made me feel relaxed and at ease immediately. The surgery itself was great, even half enjoyable at times! Day flew by and I had no discomfort during the whole procedure. Aftercare is top notch also. They kit you out with everything you need and step by step things to do for the next two Weeks. Mr D'Souza was also very quick to reply to any of my messages in the following Week whenever I had any queries. So glad I made the decision to get my surgery done at the D'Souza clinic and look forward to seeing the results and having my first check up come October. Five star service, highly recommend.
