I would like to sincerely thank Harley Street Hair Clinic for the excellent care and support I received throughout my hair transplant journey. A special thank you to Dr Kovacheva and her team for their professionalism, attention to detail, and reassuring approach during the procedure. I felt well looked after at every stage. I would also like to thank Will, who has been very helpful and supportive during the follow-up process, always available to answer questions and provide guidance. My thanks also go to Albina for her long-standing support, patience, and kindness throughout the whole experience. Overall, I am very grateful for the care I received and would happily recommend Harley Street Hair Clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant.
I’ve had multiple hair transplants (most recently this month) with HSHC and it has been seamless beyond imagination, with the results life changing. My experience of hair transplants is that they are intense & complex procedures that need comprehensive aftercare, but HSHC have made the whole process easier to navigate and less daunting. The surgeon (Dr Ness) was very knowledgeable and had a clear plan of the approach and possibilities of the transplant and I’ve felt like I was in good hands during the procedure. The customer aftercare generally is excellent and the clinic have always checked in with me and made themselves available to allay concerns. A special mention needs to be made to Will Bennett. I’ve been to the clinic both as a new customer with little/no knowledge of transplant and as a more experienced customer; Will has always been excellent regardless. His care, knowledge and personability is such a difference maker in what can be quite an intimidating process for a lot of people. Highly recommend.
My experience has always been extreme positive with HSHC. Will and Dr Ness are fantastic people and their willingness to give you the best possible natural outcome is second to none. I’ve just had my third procedure with them and that says a lot. They always listened closely to what I wanted and pushed the boundaries always in a safe well thought way to ensure I will get the best results possible for me whilst always providing me with all the information so going in I always felt comfortable and at ease with the procedures and the outcomes. I just can’t say enough to highlight how great they are as a clinic. If you value honest people who strive to provide the best service and best possible outcomes then they are without a doubt one of the best clinics out there in my opinion.
Extremely professional team from start to finish. I took some time to decide and HS weren’t the cheapest but their service and professionalism most definitely was. Like anything in life you get what you paid for William was fantastic and Dr Vida was amazing and all his team. Had a two day procedure no pain during the operation, felt very relaxed, great after care. I can not recommend highly enough and will update will progress photos in due course. Nothing could be done in a more efficient and professional manner. Right from the very moment I arrived the warm welcome from Will (what a Legend) with his fun professional, accurate perfectly clear explanations of exactly what I was to expect through the day made me feel absolutely at ease confident.. even exited about cracking on with the procedure. I realised at that moment…I was in the very best of hands. The procedure was undertaken by Daniel who is obviously a very very talented Sergeon a great man. It was over before I knew it and a breathtaking success! I couldn’t believe it!. I am so glad I didn’t have to get on a plane and travel anywhere afterwards, We have all seen the pictures of the guys with a sweat band on and an unholy head swelling due to flying for 4 hours ..Neh not for me thanks. I’m so glad I made the right choice to go with Harley Street Hair Clinic it has changed my life!
