I was seriously considering this clinic for a hair transplant and was in active contact with their Instagram assistant for weeks. I sent all requested head photos, and they did give me a graft-count estimate range in chat. The problem started when I asked them to simply put that same range into the contract before I sent the deposit — since the contract itself left the graft count, method, and price fields blank, with final numbers only promised at the in-person consultation on the day of surgery. They refused to add the number they had already given me in writing/chat into the actual contract, refused any other adjustment, and then cancelled my booking because I hadn’t purchased a flight ticket yet (my consultation was over a month away, so I didn’t even know my departure city). The communication throughout was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional for what is a real financial and medical commitment. Dear Dr. Tsilosani, if you happen to read this: I genuinely wanted to be your patient. But refusing to put in writing what your own staff already told me in chat, while asking for money upfront, killed that trust completely. I hope you reconsider how these client-facing roles are staffed.

I recently underwent a hair transplant at this clinic and had a great experience from start to finish. Dr. Tamari and Miranda were excellent — professional, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire process. Their team was also fantastic, and I always felt that I was in good hands. Communication with the reception staff was smooth and pleasant, and everything was very well organized. I would also like to mention the restaurant — the food was delicious and the atmosphere was very comfortable. I would like to give special thanks for the memorial statue on the terrace. It left a strong impression on me and was one of the details that I will remember most. Thank you to Dr. Tamari, Miranda, and the entire team for your professionalism, care, and support. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant.

Listen up! Brothers and sisters! If you thought of going through hair transplant just stop searching clinics and some strange places. Dr. Tsilosani’s clinic is the One! Amazing hospitality ever starting from the airport with VIP welcome, transfer to the hotel and even getting to know the city from friendly driver. Before airport, almost forgot ;), you’ve got a friendly and informative texting sessions with a super great Natia 🙏🏻, and you begin to understand that you are in a good hands. The day of procedure itself reminds a spa day, gorgeous clinic, beautiful and relaxing interior, magnificent private rooms where you can feel comfortable and prepare yourself for the show. After a short and relaxing guidance with your doctor (Dr. Tamara 😘), you are accompanied to the cozy procedure room. It’s was a long process, but with so amazing staff you even start to enjoy, no kidding! Listen up! you are getting a massage during the show!!! Doctor and nurses are very friendly and guide you all the way through. Dr.Tsilosani is always around with his amazing smile 😁 After the show you go to your room and get prepared to the dinner, yes! it’s unbelievable, but they have an chef restaurant in house!!! Where you can taste an extraordinary culinary delights from Chef Veisel 🙏🏻. After all You feel like you’re in a 5-star hotel 🤩 I wanna thank Dr. Tamara and all beautiful assistants for the treatment and high professionalism, special thanks to the one and only Natia, chef Veisel and a team, drivers and the only one Dr. Tsilosani who is responsible for all this clinic-paradise, thank you guys, love you all 😘😘😘 P.S. yes, the hair 💆🏻♂️ Just follow instructions, and I have no doubt that there will be good results, because these people are truly pros. I have been told they are good, in fact they appeared to be PERFECT !!! I Wish there was something like Michelin star for Hair Transplantation -Dr Mikheil & their Awesome TEAM Will for Sure got all of the Stars for their Super Quality& being Costumer oriented! I was worrying should i do it here BUT in a few mins after consultation vs Mr Mikheil I discovered atmosphere That's The Right Place and should be 100% Recommended!! Well afterall The AMAZING way of Service & ATTENTION to guest of the company left me speachless! As a Hairdresser behind the chair for last 19 years i Love Hair very much & It was a PLEASURE met the Team/Company that does the same ! if possible -I would add 7 Star from 5 ! so far -AMAZING EXPIRIENCE! Will update my expirience after one year for sure . P.s My Cousin & friends from NY are already going to enjoy Mr Mikheil Avdoyan & Mr Akaki Tsilosani Professional Service as well !100% SATISFIED ! I can't speak highly enough of the staff. I couldn't be any happier!!. I was blown away by the level of service the staff provided and their professionalism, and of course BIG thanks to Doctor Tamara Kertkoeva she's really professional!. They genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend this clinic for your hair transplant operation. and the clinic is beautiful also. You'll be in good hands. (From Israel Jerusalem)
