It has been just over a year since my FUT hair transplant at Ultima Hair Center with Dr. Ming, and I am incredibly happy with my experience. As an international patient with limited time in Bangkok before returning abroad, finding the right clinic was crucial. I consulted with several other top clinics in Thailand but ultimately chose Ultima due to their outstanding professionalism and competitive pricing. My journey started while I was still overseas. Dr. Ming was very informative during our initial consultations via LINE, which smoothly transitioned into a comprehensive face-to-face consultation once I arrived. What I appreciated most was his honest, no-pressure approach. There was absolutely no hard-selling or pushing for unnecessary add-ons. He gave me a clear choice between FUT and FUE, and we had an in-depth discussion about hairline adjustments, the recipient area, and the exact number of grafts required. Because I opted for FUT, Dr. Ming took the time to carefully plan the procedure to ensure we maximised the results while protecting the limited hair in my donor area for the future. As for the facilities, everything was new, modern, and exceptionally clean. If you are bringing a companion, there is a comfortable waiting room available for them. On the day of the surgery, the nursing team was incredibly professional and clearly had a wealth of experience. They made a long procedure much easier, and the free, tasty Japanese lunch provided during the break was a great touch. The aftercare service was top-notch. The staff provided excellent hands-on care, including professional hair washing and red light therapy to speed up the healing process. When some of my initial post-op medication wasn't working as expected, Dr. Ming quickly made the necessary adjustments to my prescriptions. He has remained consistently responsive on LINE from day one, always ready to answer any questions I had. On the whole, I highly recommend Dr. Ming and the Ultima Hair Center team to anyone considering a hair transplant in Bangkok.
I highly recommend Dr.Ming of Ultima Hair Center, he and his teams professionally treated me very impressively well. Only 10 months but my new hair has grown so fast and long as normal parts. I also could hide my scars completely, making me more confident indeed !!
