  Dear We Grow Hair, I need to address something because I am becoming increasingly concerned about the psychological warfare you are conducting against me. I AM NOT BALD. I repeat: I HAVE HAIR. I wake up every morning and there is HAIR ON MY HEAD. I did not order hair. I did not request hair. Yet somehow, against all odds, the factory continues producing it. I am simply a man trying to live his life. I live minimally but comfortably. I am old but young. Fat but healthy. I run long distances, despite being built like a refrigerator with unresolved childhood trauma. I bike. I swim. I participate in multiple endurance sports despite apparently having a personal vendetta against comfort. I am aging. I am happy. I am NOT BALD. And yet your marketing department has apparently gathered in a dark room somewhere and unanimously decided: “THIS MAN IS BALD.” NO. HE IS NOT. I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE TO WE GROW HAIR. WE GROW HAIR SUBSCRIBED TO ME. Every time I open Instagram, THERE YOU ARE. I scroll. YOU. I close the app. I reopen it. YOU. I look at a picture of a sandwich. YOU. I am beginning to suspect you have installed a tiny Turkish hair transplant salesman inside my phone. And whoever is running your advertising needs to be investigated by the FBI because you are targeting the WRONG MAN. Also, I have been to Turkey enough times that I have developed opinions. And respectfully, I do not think you guys can compete. For $10,000 I could go to Turkey, get my hair situation handled, eat an obscene amount of food, stare at beautiful scenery, encounter beautiful people, have seventeen cups of Turkish tea, and probably come home with a suspiciously cheap leather jacket. Your $10,000 says: “Here is your hair.” Turkey says: “Here is your hair, dinner, dessert, tea, transportation, and somehow a man named Mehmet who now considers you family.” AND THEN THERE IS THE DOCTOR IN YOUR ADS. MY BROTHER IN CHRIST(or what ever you are into my guy): TAKE OFF THE BLUE SCRUB CAP. I BEG YOU. You cannot stand there every 11 minutes telling me about hair restoration while hiding your own head like it is classified government information. SHOW US THE GOODS. LET THE FOLLICLES SPEAK. If you are going to preach the Gospel of Hair, you need to show us the Gospel according to YOUR SCALP. At this point I am one advertisement away from throwing my iPhone directly into the Cumberland River. I am not joking. My phone will be at the bottom of the river, surrounded by catfish, and somehow I already know the first thing I will see when I buy a new one: “THINNING HAIR? “ NO. I HAVE HAIR. My family has hair. My ancestors had hair. My father has hair. My mother has hair. My hair has tenure. This hair has survived things. It has survived stress. It has survived bad decisions. It has survived COVID. It has survived me becoming a distance runner, cyclist AND swimmer for reasons even my therapist cannot explain. And now YOU want to convince me it is leaving? Absolutely not. WE GROW HAIR, please release me from your digital hostage situation. I am not your customer. I am not your demographic. I am not balding. I am simply a man with a perfectly functional head of hair being aggressively bullied by a hair transplant company. Please stop showing up. I am begging you. Before I become the first person in America to drown an iPhone because a hair clinic hurt his feelings.

  Fantastic staff...superlative customer service...unmatched professionalism! This team takes care of you before during and after your treatment, and always does it with a smile. They're more like family than a business. You must contact them for your hair restoration needs...They're #1!!!!!

  My experience here has been very good. everyone is helpful and polite. Hannah has worked with me the most and does most of my scheduling, she keeps me well informed and works with my schedule.

  I had to cancel my procedure due to a legitimate medical emergency that required hospital treatment. This was not something I could control. Despite that, this clinic kept my $2,500 deposit and refused to make any exception whatsoever. They will tell you they are sympathetic, but in practice they strictly enforce their policy even when a patient is dealing with a real medical situation outside of their control. While a portion of the payment was returned, they made it clear there was no flexibility when it came to the deposit. If you are considering booking here, think carefully. Based on my experience, even a documented medical emergency is not enough for them to show flexibility or consider the patient’s circumstances. Policies appear to take priority over patient care in situations like this. I would not choose to work with this clinic again based on how this was handled.

  I’m sitting here in their facility in the laser treatment chair as I’m writing this review. There are good experiences when it comes to these types of procedures the anxiety and then there are great ones mine was the ladder. From my consultation to making sure I was following up on all the pre-procedure routines to just scheduling mine at the last minute to a different timeframe to accommodate me to the actual surgical procedure to the follow up I did my research I had hoped I picked the right one but now I know I did. Everybody are a professional professionals follow up and you’ll see cause I will post them the results are going to be incredible.
