術後揉めている者です。先生は植毛医としては非常に有名ですが、後遺症や術後の不満については一切の非は認めません。おそらく顧問弁護士からそのように言われているのでしょう、もしくは相当な頑固者なのかもしれません。美容外科医はあなたを金のなる木とは見てもホントの意味での患者とは見てくれません。いざとなれば医師としてでなく、経営者としての敏腕な手腕も発揮されますので、植毛手術を受けても絶対に不満を言わないと言う方にはここのクリニックはオススメです。
Dr. Kenichiro Imagawa was an exceptional individual to consult with. He demonstrated extensive knowledge and professionalism throughout our discussion. As a foreigner in Japan, I would highly recommend his services.
Dr Imagawa lied to and scammed me. I was supposed to get hair transplant on my left and right temple points. Due to a previous test procedure he did on my left temple point that was a failure, I changed my mind on the day of the surgery and told him that I did not want the transplant on the left side but only on right side. He very smoothly told me that I should get only 40 grafts done on the left side which I agreed to. After the surgery was over, it was 80 grafts! He bloody lied to me suggesting a small number of grafts but performed 100% more! He is not to be trusted. All the nurses were in the room and heard him but no one uttered a word. Extremely unprofessional and like a con man.
I visited the clinic for hair fall, Doctor speaks good English and explained me all the procedures very patiently and suggested the necessary actions. Also explained the advantages and side effects of the prescribed medicines.
