Dr. Shintre and Ilona were both incredibly professional and provided outstanding service. They were so helpful and no matter what I asked, Ilona was always patient, thorough, and explained everything in great detail, making even unfamiliar situations feel easy to understand. She made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. The peptide treatments are working wonderfully, and I’m thrilled with the results. I highly recommend them!
Dr. Aron Nusbaum is one of the best in the hair transplant world—and also one of the kindest, most down-to-earth people you’ll meet. (He probably got it from his Dad) From my first consultation, his staff stood out. They explained everything about FUE transplants and cutting-edge techniques, making sure I felt informed and comfortable. The office has a warm, family-like vibe that instantly puts you at ease. Scheduling was smooth—they gave me multiple options and worked around my needs. They prioritize discretion for all clients. Pricing was upfront, fair, and transparent, which I really appreciated. On procedure day, the team went all out to keep me comfortable, creating a spa-like atmosphere with soft lighting. The procedure itself was almost painless; the only slight discomfort was from the local anesthesia, and even that was quick and id' rate it about 5/10 on a scale. My transplant involved 2,350 grafts, all completed in one day. He was there from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m., personally supervising his team of experts and leading the entire process. That level of dedication is rare. I’m still healing, but I couldn’t wait to write this review. If you’re thinking about a hair transplant, just do it. Dr. Nusbaum and his team are simply the best!
Dr Nusbaum and his staff are fantastic. The entire process was extremely easy, from the initial consultation to scheduling the procedure, everything was smooth. The procedure itself was very easy, and as painless as I could have imagined. I took a single pain medication the day of the surgery, and one Tylenol the following day. The results are also great. I’m extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend Dr Nusbaum and the Miami Hair Institute.
His staff and Dr. Nusbaum were awesome. You can tell they really care and the follow up is amazing.
Dr. Nusbaum and thr Miami Hair Institute is the best. It has been 6 months since my treatment and I could not be more pleased with the results. Dr. Aron and his team are extremely polite and helpful and very attentive. I would highly recommend anybody who is looking for hair loss treatment to come to the Miami Hair Institute for a consultation and to seek treatment.
