I had a hair transplant with Dr. Saifi and couldn’t imagine a better experience. He is incredibly kind, calm, and detail‑oriented, and his whole team is professional, polite, and genuinely caring. I stayed a few extra days in the city and his staff and Dr Saifi himself saw me every day, personally washing and checking my scalp, which made me feel very safe and looked after. By day 7, when I flew back home, I had no swelling or scabs and nobody, friends or strangers could tell I’d had a procedure; it just looked like a clean buzz cut. It’s only been 2 weeks, so I don’t yet have the full picture of the final result, that will take around 12 to 18 months but as someone who is very particular and difficult to please, my expectations have already been exceeded. Top doctor, excellent professional, and an amazing human being. I highly recommend Dr. Saifi and his staff to anyone considering a hair transplant.

This will be a long one. If like me you have been looking for an hair transplant but not sure what clinic to pick, then i hope this will help you making the best decision. Back in my teens years i was proud of my long surfer hair. Despite having some receding hair on the sides of my hairline (Vegeta from Dbz was what a friend used to call me), i could easily hide with the hair coming back from mid and back of my head. When i was 21y i started to lose that ability at the same as my hair left was thining. Internet at that time was not what it is now. And in my circle hair transplant was something alien. My self-esteem suffered a hit and i was not feeling comfortable with myself. A grasp of wind would unveil everything you spent 5 mins in bathroom trying to conceal.At the same time, dependent on my parents, they believed i was too young for such transplant, driven by the idea you only do one in your lifetime and you should wait til you are fully bald. Nothing more wrong, at least in my opinion. Later, already 26y, financially independent but without an hairline on the frontal part of my head, i've decided it's time to do it. One month of research and i came across Dr Saifi. Just like you, it's kind of a gamble not having someone in your circle to guide you But today i feel fortunate to get it contact with Saifi who made sure to explain me everything about hair, the procedure and the results. I found in him a true care for the patients and a passion for the art. Yes placing hair and make it grow in the direction you style your hair requires precision and an artistic sense.otherwise you end up with a bush. Long story short, yesyerday was my 4th transplant in a spam of 13 years. Together with Dr Saifi and his team and i can only say, i'm extremely happy with the results of each procedure. 6 months after the first procedure i had my hairline back, dense and my self esteem was restored. 1st procedure - 2100 grafts to hairline and frontal part of head 2nd procedure - 1200 grafts middle part of head 3rd procedure - 800 grafts temples and filling some gaps 4th procedure - 1600 grafts crown area and filling some gaps. 2 points considering my experience Shaving - if you read up until this point, you can conclude shaving my head has always been out of the equation for me. Dr Saifi acknowledged it and accepted in all occasions not shaving the recipient area which makes the procedure longer but allows me to partially conceal areas with my 'native' hair up to the point the new one grows. Swelling - in none of the past 3 procedures i have faced swelling. Few days post my head is the same size it was previously. Possibly due to the medicatition given to you to be taken for the first 4 days post. To conclude, in this 4th transplant we have agreed to use some of my beard as donor together with the back of my head. It's been 16h after procedure you can barely notice anything happened here. More like a day when your shaving machine run out of battery and you just need to go regardless. The hair you partially see in front of the crown, are all results of previous transplants. Hope you will find in this review any similiarities to your cases and that it will help you make your decision
I’ve had 3 procedures with Dr. Saifi and couldn’t be happier. My hair looks natural and the donor area is still well preserved.
