I wonder what happened to my previous review since it was disappeared but I guess it is common trend these days businesses remove reviews, changing websites, company names, etc. to mask off unpleasant reviews and facts. Talking about my personal experience with Dr. Jones or whoever runs that so-called hair transplant office (I was told he was retired – personally I don’t buy it – maybe he decided to hide from views for whatever reason), I would give zero rating if I could based on my experience and results years passed. Going back to about 12 year ago, I decided to go with Dr. Jones although at that time, searching internet, you could find numerous negative reviews on him and his work. I consulted him and several other places and finally I decided to go with him because he seemed to be a pleasant and promising guy. Big mistake – I did procedure with him not just once but twice. Ten years later the result is worst than what it was. All people I know they did such procedure in Toronto or oversees years ago are now happy and money well spent. I actually wanted to talk to him directly to see what would be his excuse but office said he is gone and retired and someone said, we have new procedures…. Come on! You really think after 2 hair transplants and spending over 20K, I would fall for any BS in that office with Dr. Jones or his stooges? (I don’t mean to be disrespectful but sometimes when someone tries to advertise something to mask off failures at people’s expense, it is like trying taking people for a fool over and over) So – In short – the only person to blame is myself not listening to negative reviews and trusted Dr. Jones and his office . Anyone else looking for hair transplant and long term results, stay away from this place.

I had my hair transplant done here and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and results. From the first consultation, the team was professional, transparent, and patient in answering all my questions. On the day of the procedure, everything was well organized and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The staff made sure I understood the aftercare instructions clearly, and the follow-up support has been excellent. The results look natural and have really boosted my confidence. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant.
