I’ve had a very positive experience with American Horizon Medical for my father’s primary care. The staff is always friendly, respectful, helpful, and professional. The doctor is excellent and really takes the time to listen and pay attention to details. I especially appreciate that the doctor doesn’t just focus on the immediate issue, but looks at my father’s overall health and is always trying to find better care options and new ways to improve his treatment. The doctor is knowledgeable, thorough, and explains things in a way that is easy for us to understand. As a family member involved in my father’s care, it means a lot to feel that his medical team genuinely cares about his well-being. We have always felt comfortable asking questions, and the staff has been very supportive. I definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring, attentive, and dependable primary care provider. Thank you to the doctor and the entire staff for taking such good care of my father!

I always look forward to my visits. Kathleen, Dr Effendi and the staff are very attentive and care very deeply for their patient's health and lives. I have found the perfect place to keep my health on the top. Five star.

This office is terrible. The office staff never calls back and if you need an appointment, you will need to call multiple times to even speak to someone. They can't even get a referral right. Had a referral for a cat scan and it was written wrong. It's over a week later an still waiting for the corrected copy. Can't even get the office staff to call me back! Worst office ever! Do not go there.

My daughter April was a patient of the doctor for quite some time and over the past several years the level of care diminished, especially when he added hair restoration. Not only that, my daughter, after making an attempt to get an appointment with him after leaving a message for which no one called her back, ended up a week later hospitalized. I ended up getting her set up with a different doctor to continue with her after care, and oh yes i forgot to mention, she also ended up having surgery. We then sent a request for a copy of her medical records a while ago and to date her new physician has has not yet received them. I found out after seeking knowledge that if a physician takes on another type of business and incorporates it with his medical practice and his other patients for which he cares for as primary patients suffer because he's neglecting their care, it's considered unethical and inappropriate.

Dr. Effendi is the worst doctor ever. He doesn’t listen to his patients always cutting them off while they are speaking. Foreigner should never go there because they always treat Pakistani people well. Not the foreigners and they charge a lot of money. I had a appointment with them I waited 2 hours in waiting room . They were treating their own Pakistan people first who were coming after me. I hate them they were talking so loud and rudely when I complaind I been waiting for 2 hours. I would never come back or Recommended for anyone.
