My daughter April was a patient of the doctor for quite some time and over the past several years the level of care diminished, especially when he added hair restoration. Not only that, my daughter, after making an attempt to get an appointment with him after leaving a message for which no one called her back, ended up a week later hospitalized. I ended up getting her set up with a different doctor to continue with her after care, and oh yes i forgot to mention, she also ended up having surgery. We then sent a request for a copy of her medical records a while ago and to date her new physician has has not yet received them. I found out after seeking knowledge that if a physician takes on another type of business and incorporates it with his medical practice and his other patients for which he cares for as primary patients suffer because he's neglecting their care, it's considered unethical and inappropriate.
Dr Effendi is the best doctor ever, he really cares about the patients. He doesn’t want to just prescribe drugs for no reason he helped me to improve my life.
I went for the first time to have a physical. The staff and nurse practitioner were excellent. My medications were immediately provided, referrals to specialists and blood test were also immediately provided. The only and most important part for me was that I contacted them the same, which was a Thursday and as the following day too to request medication to treat an extremely painful condition and that particular medication was never sent to the pharmacy. Also, I checked with the pharmacy to which they informed me it was never sent. I truly cannot proceed to depend on their services for anything else being that I have chronic conditions that are far off more critical. Therefore, I will be seeking another provider. Truly very disappointed and discouraging that this was the experience with them because the staff and Nurses were excellent.
I have been going to this office past 10 years and will recommend this to everyone. All the members in the group is very friendly and wonderful. Dr Tahir Effendi is absolutely knowledgeable and compassionate. He listen to all your concern. However, this is all team work the staff is wonderful. Aqsa is very attentive and nice person. I mostly call last minute to come in and aqsa always manage to book me same day or next day appointments. Then there is haddia shes such a sweetheart and welcoming. NP Marsha and Kathy both are amazing and listen to every detail . NP Kathy is such a kind person She just not only gives me medical advice. But she will give me alternative intervention and wellness health. Ayesha is very intelligent and cares for each and single patient. She loves what she do. I had rough time with my mom medical papers she always make sure everything gets completed whether it’s insurance issues or any other and answer any question clearly.
Dr. Effendi is the worst doctor ever. He doesn’t listen to his patients always cutting them off while they are speaking. Foreigner should never go there because they always treat Pakistani people well. Not the foreigners and they charge a lot of money. I had a appointment with them I waited 2 hours in waiting room . They were treating their own Pakistan people first who were coming after me. I hate them they were talking so loud and rudely when I complaind I been waiting for 2 hours. I would never come back or Recommended for anyone.
