I had a previous failed hair transplant in Australia and was left with some damage to the donor area– it was an incredibly bad experience that wasted years of my life. After this, I spent a few more years contacting surgeons around the world, doing research and being active on most well-known global hair loss forums only to discover I was part of a huge community of other patients who shared similar stories. One would hope those responsible for such butchery are weeded out and exposed globally. Dr Russ helped me; I had many conversations with him over a number of years before deciding to place my trust in him personally – it was a great decision. In my opinion, Dr Russ is a very knowledgeable and ethical operator, I was very happy with the results – I thank him and his team including his practice manager Debbie who have been professional from start to finish. I look forward to returning for my second procedure with Dr Russ and doing a write-up displaying the excellent results on the global forums. I would highly recommend him to anybody – let’s just hope he passes on his expertise when he eventually decides to leave this industry. Thank you Dr Russ – I appreciate you.
