Very disappointing experience and poor appointment management. We booked an appointment 2–3 days in advance and specifically asked the front desk whether the clinic would be crowded at the scheduled time. We even told them that we were flexible and could come on any other day or time if it meant less waiting. The staff assured us that 12:00 PM on Monday would be a suitable slot and that it would not be crowded. However, when we arrived, there were already around 10–12 patients waiting ahead of us. Despite having a confirmed appointment, we had to wait for nearly 1.5 hours before seeing the doctor. A short delay is understandable in the medical field, but a delay of this magnitude after giving a scheduled appointment is unacceptable. What made the experience worse was the attitude and communication from the front desk. There was no explanation, no apology, and no effort to keep patients informed about the expected waiting time. We were simply told to wait indefinitely. If the delay was going to be so long, they could have at least informed us and suggested that we step out for a coffee, snack. Many large hospitals today proactively update patients about delays and expected waiting times. Unfortunately, no such courtesy was extended here. Patients also have commitments, schedules, and health concerns. An appointment should have some value. If patients are expected to wait for hours regardless of their appointment time, then the purpose of taking appointments in advance is lost. One of the worst service experiences we have had at a clinic. The clinic should seriously improve its appointment scheduling and front desk communication.

A delay of 20–30 minutes can be understandable, but making patients wait for one and a half hours after giving a confirmed appointment is unacceptable. What was most frustrating was that we had specifically checked in advance about the waiting time, and the information provided by the front desk turned out to be completely inaccurate. The appointment system seems poorly managed, and the front desk staff were neither proactive nor considerate of patients’ time. Kindly respect patients’ schedules and provide realistic appointment timings rather than making them wait for such long periods.
I visited Cutis Clinic for hair loss treatment and had a good experience. The service was professional and the staff explained the treatment options clearly. The supplements they recommended were reasonably priced compared to outside pharmacies. I also tried PRP treatment here, which cost around ₹3000 and felt quite manageable compared to other clinics. Overall, the service was good and the pricing was fair.
