My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, but I wasn’t seen until after 11:15 AM. Delays happen, but the doctor never acknowledged the wait or offered a simple apology. The staff was pleasant and professional. However, I was disappointed that when I declined the doctor’s proprietary supplements and requested evidence-based pharmaceutical treatment instead, the relationship ended there. Respect for a patient’s time and treatment preferences should go both ways.
Had a very large Keloid back of head was told by him I can remove it for ( FREE ) if I do a video of my life experience with this massive keloid on my head, his film crew came to my house and we did a very long video. I was told my blood levels was 12 not 13 so he put me on vitamin and to start eating more leafy greens, so tried it but did not work, blood infusion was my next best thing so dealing with him getting blood work from Quest, diagnostic and other places Every time I go and sit for 4 hours, they never got the work order for my blood test I wasted two months trying to get this done and then when it was finally time To get the surgery because he had to find a donor center that would donate blood For my situation, he told me that to make sure that you really want this done I need $6500 and it’s refundable I said I thought you would do this for free if I did the video but he told my wife because I was so upset I could She asked the same thing he did the video why he need to come up with $6500 He said because another patient had burnt him so this is what he need but it’s refundable and I don’t have money That’s why I did the video and you say you was gonna do the procedure for free but if anybody read this, just know if you say a free video is not you’re gonna have to pay 6500 or maybe 7500 today to get it done but he might sneak it on you thinking you’re going to get this done for free but it’s not for free just my thought so now I gotta go to Lexington plastic surgery Dr. Jones and he said that’s a shame that he did you like that Blessed day
I have nothing negative to say about Dr. Umar. He has been treating my son since 2 years ago, and his condition is remarkable improving. I definitely recommend Dr. Umar.
I went to Dr.Umar's needing help with a lump on my neck. First impressions : - Dedicated parking, 20 steps from the front door. Nice! - Clean and welcoming atmosphere. - Bright and helpful intake staff, offered me water and explained the process. I was seen by Dr.Umar who explained what the lump was, spoke very gently and with care, and scheduled me in for surgery the next week. From the front desk lady, to the Nurses and Assistants (Thx to Victoria) to the follow ups, I felt like family in here. Everyone was helpful and positive and the whole experience was incredible. Even the interns stopped by to see how I was doing and showed genuine interest in the patient's wellbeing. (Thx Leonah and Lauren) Pricing : Very reasonable Doctor : A++ Staff : Excellent Follow ups : Also very strong here I would recommend this business to anyone with dermatology, hair transplant, booty lift and sculpt, or any other specialist procedures. They were fantastic. Five Stars
