Went to O2 clinic on 29/5 morning with family for vaccination. Was entertained by Puan Maslina at the counter. She was very pleasant and registered us very fast. We then met a young, friendly and pleasant lady doctor (Dr. Simone) at Room no.3 who administered the vaccines for us. The entire process was very fast and we were out of the clinic within 30 minutes. Overall, we had a good experience. I hope that all the staff at O2 Clinic,Jelutong will continue giving their clients a good and pleasant experience too.
Very disappointed with the treatment and service at this clinic. My wife went there because of a skin problem that looked like ringworm/fungal infection. The consultation was less than 10 minutes, the doctor barely checked properly, and we were charged RM123 for one medium-sized lotion and a cream. After using the cream and lotion exactly as instructed, the itching became worse and there was no improvement at all. We later asked another doctor from a different clinic, and they told us the medication was not suitable for my wife’s condition. Honestly, this is very frustrating because we paid a high price expecting proper diagnosis and effective treatment, not trial-and-error medication. If the medicine was not suitable, why was it prescribed in the first place without proper checking? The whole experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and careless. Patients come for help, not to waste money on medication that makes the condition worse. Would not recommend unless you are okay paying expensive fees for a very quick consultation and medication that may not even work.
Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with the handling of my pathology report. Timeline of events: 6 March: Initial consultation. I was informed that the report would be ready within one week. 17 April: Removal procedure. I double confirmed that the report would be ready within one week. 20 April (3.45pm): Staff again confirmed the report would be ready in one week. 5 May: Report still not ready, and I had to proactively reach out for an update; otherwise, there would likely have been no communication. 13 May: I was informed that the report was ready “the other day” and that the doctor would call the next day; again, I was the one who reached out. 14 May (4.18pm): I was again informed that the doctor was busy and would call the following day, but I was left waiting until the end of the day with no update, and only received a late message that the doctor would call the next day. 15 May (3.32pm): I waited the entire day for a call that was promised, but no one contacted me, and I eventually had to call-up myself. When I finally received the report, it showed that it had already been finalised and printed by the lab on 23 April. However, it was only sent to me in mid-May. When I eventually spoke to the doctor on 15 May, he was surprised that I had not received the soft copy earlier. This was particularly distressing as this was a pathology report involving cancer-related concerns, where timely communication is extremely important for patient peace of mind. Despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks, there was a clear lack of urgency and communication throughout the process. While I understand that the doctor may be busy, this type of communication would only take a few minutes and could easily be done between patients, during breaks, or even via a short WhatsApp voice message. Given that I was initially advised on 6 March that the report would be ready within one week (and this was reconfirmed on the day of the procedure on 17 April), the delay and lack of follow-through is unacceptable. The expectation of a one-week turnaround was a key factor in my decision to proceed. Unfortunately, this timeline was not honoured. Overall, the experience demonstrated poor communication, repeated delays, and a concerning lack of urgency for something that is understandably very stressful for any patient.
Very good service even during holiday. But due to this very long que and not enough parking space. Usually need to wait 30 to 60 minutes. The Dr and reception are polite and professional. There is also x-ray services.
I had a great experience with Maslina at O2 Clinic Jelutong. She provided excellent service with a friendly and professional attitude. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her patience and attention to detail.
