Deterrent to proactive medical diagnosis. Came in with legitimate questions about my own condition, had to wait for hours to be met with condescension and disengagement. Was told boring when I ran out of questions.
Very disappointing experience for a 'private room'. We got told after arriving that the room is in fact not private, and there are no beds available elsewhere for my girlfriend (who is having surgery tomorrow). Instead, there are 3 other beds in the room and guests must sleep on the sofa (which has no sheets). The hygiene standards are awful. The sofa clearly hadn't even been disinfected, ever, or even wiped down. I had to wipe off the previous person's hair. Disgusting.
The Hospital operates under Government. I was visiting there while ago. Unfortunately, I need to revisit again today. The queue system even many people surrounding in each floor really out of daily limit. But the work flow work well interm of operates. Suggestions may have some staff walk around and asked for assistance and guidance. That will make things more smoothly. Because many people doesn't know where to go. As per step of visit for patients to complete. However if we were studying before visit it is more understood and flowing but take time as per lot of people. Many things has been developed on the good way.
The first hospital and the great medical school in Thailand. This hospital has many great doctors and many patients. So the services maybe tardy but cheap. No parking here you have to park your car in the temple nearby.
