I had a very disappointing experience at the SCA location in Plantation. They wasted both my time and my money. Because of that experience, I decided to try SCA Coral Springs, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, the office staff was courteous, professional, and welcoming. The Office Manager, Jeanine, took the time to truly listen to what I experienced at the Plantation location. Even though she is not responsible for that site, she personally followed up and called me after my appointment to let me know she would see if there was anything she could do to help. That level of care and accountability
I have never written a negative review in my life but I have to now. I called a month ago to schedule a removal of a red spot on my nose, they said no problem and scheduled me for today. I waited an hour until the dermatologist saw me, she checked me for two minutes only to tell me she can’t do the laser removal and that I’ll have to schedule with someone else. Mind you I already paid a nonrefundable $60 and waited an hour. I said alright and they took me to the front desk to schedule another appointment, the front desk lady told me that she actually doesn’t schedule that type of appointment and went to look for the lady that does…she is no where to be found. She then proceeds to tell me that they’ll call me to schedule. Genuinely only come to this place if you want your time and your money wasted. It’s a straight up scam.
I give Skin Institute a 5 Star ! Dr. Kimberly Hull and her assistant Amy are outstanding. Dr. Hull is so knowledgeable. She is fantastic. I would highly recommend . Dr. Hull goes way beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and make sure you get the best treatment to accommodate your needs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else .
I’ve had a fantastic experience with Dr. Rubin and their team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. Dr. Rubin took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The treatment I received was effective, and I’ve noticed real improvements in my skin. I also appreciate how punctual and organized the office is appointments always run on time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring dermatologist/ MOHS surgeon.
I had skin cancer surgery with Dr. Rubin. I was nervous because it was on my face. The office staff was very kind and helpful, and they advised me to have a consultation with Dr. Rubin. During the visit, he and nurse Paula explained everything and made me feel comfortable. On the day of surgery, nurse Paula was very calming, and Dr. Rubin did an excellent job. Although I left with a bandage and stitches, I knew he removed all the cancer. I highly recommend Dr. Rubin as a MOHS surgeon.
