I've had great experiences at this office during multiple appointments. Quick, professional, friendly service. They are busy so it is quick in quick out, so there isn't time for small talk or rapport but I prefer that. Yes, there could be scars left behind, but they are small and barely noticeable and he removed 3 areas on my face, if I didn't tell you you'd never notice. Highly recommend.
Very professional office staff. I had a rash that broke out and Dr. Kurgis did a fantastic job of curing it. So happy I decided to make an appointment. I would highly recommend this office.
I show up earlier, and they make me wait 40 minutes. I show up 3 minutes late, and the doctor left for lunch. I’ve never felt my time so disrespected
If the rest of the office operated with the same level of competence and professionalism as the billing department, this would be a completely different review. Tara and Fanny were the only staff members who took the time to thoroughly review my insurance, explain my benefits, and break down my bill in a way that actually made sense. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Sadly I can't say that about everyone else. This office is very fortunate to have them. Without Tara and Fanny, the experience would have been significantly worse.
What a joke. My daughter had 2 different insurances when coming here. I sent voicemails/emails letting them know which insurance to charge first and secondly. Dumb as a rock, they kept charging our secondary insurance which kept kicking back. After awhile, the lady I was dealing with, stop responding and started cancling our appointments due to "non payment" and sending us the bills. I felt like there was nothing we could do because I was young and had no experiencein with this type of issue. I should have filed with the california courts after sending her proof through email but im now stuck with a bill. 100% their fault and I don't recommend this place.
