Went to see Dr Tan for my eczema and infection on my eye area last week and today for review. As usual Dr Tan explained to me meticulously what caused the infection and the type of medication she prescribed for my condition. Dr Tan is genuinely concerned about her patients and always answering my questions patiently. The clinic nurses are always cheerful and helpful. They possess real empathy and even though I had many questions on the cream and medication etc the nurse answered all my questions cheerfully and provided me with a lot of other helpful info. I had forgotten to ask for her name (so silly of me). She wears spectacle and ties up her hair and sometimes she'll wear an elmo pin on her polo tee. Really thankful for Dr Tan and her great team of nurses!
Dr Tan was patient, thorough and took the time to explain my condition clearly without rushing. I felt reassured throughout the consultation. The nurses were also extremely kind and attentive. They were gentle, professional, and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent care.

The staff were genuinely empathetic and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Excellent pre and post consultation service, they went out of their way to assist me with all the administrative matters. Aunty Rani showed exceptional professionalism and was very assuring throughout my visits. Dr Eileen Tan herself was extremely reassuring. I had to undergo a minor procedure, and she constantly checked in and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Really appreciated the care, professionalism, and human touch from the entire team. Highly recommended.
I had sudden hair loss in Dec 2024, was recommended by a friend to see Dr Eileen. Dr Eileen really knows her stuff. She is patient in explaining the situation, diagnosis, and possible treatment options. Everything was communicated clearly, and she was also very empathetic throughout the process. The experience was professional yet warm. Her staff are also really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Dr Eileen for any hair and skin conditions.
