Profissional famoso, atendendo agora principalmente clientes estrangeiros. O pré atendimento é muito bom, e os resultados em geral são realmente ótimos. O problema é o pós e a cobrança surpresa. Na semana do meu procedimento chega um adendo contratual para assinar, em que eu devo concordar que eu posso ter que pagar mais do que foi acordado, se o número de fios for maior. Óbvio que no fim foi, o que aumentou em 20% o valor acordado. Depois, o pós atendimento é péssimo. Zero suporte, falta de horário, equipe confusa e que claramente está sobrecarregada e não acompanha direito seu caso. Já deu mais de um ano do procedimento, fui informado que o Dr está sem agenda e não tinha previsão de me atender. Sigo com inflamação em áreas da cabeça, e sequer foram capazes de me indicar um médico na minha região pra me atender. Depois que você pagou, você está por você sozinho, pq dr Pittella tem que atender gringos e gravar videos para o Instagram.

I am totally speechless about how unprofessional this guy and his team are! I contacted them to get a price estimate and since their rate was outrageous for a clinic in a small town in Brazil I asked for a more reasonable offer. The surgical planning team told me I need to pay to have a consultation with the doctor so that they can give me a more realistic offer based on my case. The (so called) doctor showed up one hour late to the booked consultation and started without even apologizing for his delay! He said his surgical planning team is going to be in contact with me with the details in 1-3 days. Two weeks passed and I contacted them to see what is going on and they totally ghosted me. No response whatsoever. Now that I am thinking, this is probably their strategy to scam people to pay for useless consultation that is not going to end up anywhere. They have probably scammed a lot of people. Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all cost! I am going to report their scam to PayPal.
Dr. Felipe Pittella and his entire staff is exceptional. The care they provide is of the highest quality and professionalism.
Incredible surgeon and clinic. If you are considering hair restoration, you MUST go with Dr. Felipe Pittella. I am from the USA, he speaks great English, and his clinic is very accommodating. It’s very clear to me why he is considered one of, if not the best, hair restoration surgeon in the world.
