I am very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. When I first called the clinic, I was not informed that my doctor would be away for three weeks. Instead, I was asked to email a photo of my wound so the doctor could assess it. I did exactly as instructed, but after waiting an entire week, I still had not received any response. I had to send a follow-up email myself before anyone replied. The only response I received was that it was normal to have a stitch sticking out and that I should not pull it out. However, there was no response at all to my main concern—that my wound had become infected and was producing pus. As my condition continued to worsen and the pain became unbearable, I had no choice but to seek treatment at a walk-in clinic on my own. They treated the infection, and by the time my appointment at this clinic came more than a month later, my wound had already improved because of the treatment I received elsewhere. I want to be clear that my concern is not with my doctor. He was kind, patient, and took the time to answer my questions during my appointment. My concern is with the communication and patient care before I was able to see him. I understand that physicians take vacations. However, when a patient reports a worsening wound with signs of infection, there should be clear communication, timely follow-up, and appropriate guidance on what to do if the regular physician is unavailable. I hope the clinic reviews its procedures so that future patients receive the care and information they need before their condition becomes more serious.
Dr. Andrei has been extremely caring and receptive. Reaching out to me beyond my initial appointment to ensure my needs were met and going beyond to help me get the care I needed. I can tell he genuinely cares for his patients and takes a genuine concern for each individual one.
I had a great experience with Dr. Cohen and the entire clinic team. Dr. Cohen was very professional, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit. I also want to highlight the reception staff—they were friendly, organized, and very helpful from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth, and they were respectful and welcoming, which made a big difference in the overall experience. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the level of care and service I received. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others.
Had a really good experience with Dani (Danielle To). She’s friendly, confident, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel at ease. Very efficient too - quick appointment, in and out. I was a bit hesitant at first about how laser would work on my skin tone, but she answered my questions and put me at ease. Really happy with the results so far and my experience with Dani. I’d absolutely recommend her.

She explained everything clearly, which really helped ease my worries. The procedure itself was quick and not as painful as I expected. The staff were very professional, kind, and attentive throughout. Aftercare instructions were simple to follow, and my healing has been going well so far.
