I’ve had two hair transplants and one eyebrow transplant performed by Dr. Bobbi and his team over the past five years. He is truly an exceptional surgeon—skilled not only as a doctor, but also as an artist. The entire process, from consultation to post-procedure care, was seamless and highly professional. This is coming from someone who works in the healthcare industry and has seen a wide range of standards—this team stands out. A special shoutout to Adriana, who is incredibly talented, organized, and supportive throughout the process. I highly recommend Dr. Bobbi and his team to anyone considering hair transplants or cosmetic procedures.
Had a great experience with Dr. Bobby! Adriana is super kind and always makes you feel important/ welcomed. I came to get a better picture of my hormones and health as a whole. Dr. Bobby was patient, thorough, answered all of my questions and took his time to make sure I understood everything. It’s refreshing to feel seen and not be rushed out of a medical office.
I was referred to Dr. Bobby by a trusted source and traveled from Edmonton to Calgary for an in-person consultation, as required. During the visit, Dr. Bobby acknowledged that I was from out of town and assured me that future follow-ups could be conducted virtually. The appointment was brief, lasting less than 30 minutes, and I was sent for blood work. After completing the required tests, I made multiple attempts to schedule a follow-up. Communication from the clinic was extremely poor, and I was informed—only after repeated calls—that Dr. Bobby returns calls solely between patients, a policy that was never disclosed. When I finally received a follow-up call, Dr. Bobby reviewed my results and instructed me to “follow up with my family doctor.” This response was unacceptable and dismissive, especially considering he had ordered the tests and assured continued follow-up care. Even my family physician questioned why the specialist who initiated the investigations refused to complete the process. The entire experience demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, communication, and continuity of care. After investing significant time, effort, and travel expenses, I was left frustrated and without proper medical guidance. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Dr. Bobby to anyone seeking responsible or reliable specialist care. If I could provide zero stars, I would. Stay away!!
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Bobby. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Bobby took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine compassion truly set them apart. The staff was also kind, efficient, and very supportive. I highly recommend Dr. Bobby to anyone looking for a doctor who truly cares about their patients’ health and well-being.
